Q:What counts as a Monthly Active User (MAU)?

A MAU is any unique subscriber who triggers at least one workflow or receives a notification in a calendar month. Inactive users don't count toward your limit.

Q:What counts as an event?

An event is any subscriber action tracked through our SDK (e.g., trial.started, payment.failed, subscription.cancelled). Events are only counted once, even if they trigger multiple workflows.

Q:What are the 12 subscription workflows?

Trial activation, trial expiring, payment failed, payment recovered, subscription cancelled, winback, upgrade prompts, downgrade prevention, onboarding, engagement, renewal reminder, and annual upsell. All activate in one click.

Q:What channels are included?

Free includes email only. Startup adds push notifications. Growth adds SMS. Enterprise includes WhatsApp and custom channels. You provide your own SendGrid/Twilio credentials.

Q:Can I use my own email/SMS provider?

Yes! Bring your own SendGrid, Resend, Twilio, or other provider credentials. We integrate with them. You only pay us for the platform, not per message.
